We are now embarking on the next chapter of our growth and in 2020 will open our first US office as well as growing our teams in Liverpool & Munich.

New technology is being developed more efficiently than ever, existing companies are rapidly scaling and well-funded start-ups are battling it out to bring the next ‘game-changing’ product to market.

Who we're looking for (and why!)
We’re looking for someone unique. Someone who doesn’t necessarily have any experience recruiting in the energy industry but someone with a background managing technical & commercial searches and who can lead the growth of our North American business with confidence. Someone who can soak up information and has an appetite for taking on more responsibility. Someone who isn’t afraid of making mistakes but is motivated to keep improving.
